I followed all the help and info on this forum.
I ran a passive tank i alligned to the station, and still this bloody ship warps right on top of me locks me webs and scrams me then blows me to the 4 winds. Then the cheeky bugger asked if i like the "fire works" and types Allah in local. Not funny and not the sort of PAYING game i wish to play i think.
I reviewed all 5 kills the goons got in Hurtoken and no ship had anything ressembling a good passive tank with some effective HP.
People insisting on fitting their ships like crap get blown up. All good, makes for a lively market.

27k effective hp would likely require 3 BS at least to gank, torp ravens not working well on it because of the relatively small sig radius.
And it will passive tank highsec rats just fine too.
See, no civilian shield booster, no cargo expander, none of the crap you see one your average suicided hulk in fact. It's an expensive ship, protect your investment instead of doing all in your power to make it an attractive target.

Out of curiosity, how much would a rig like that cost to replace in the event?
High slots, you would have bought them anyway
Med slots, under 5 millions
Low slots, under 3 millions
Rigs, 20-30 millions but the setup is still very reasonable without them.
Spending that much for a 100+ million ISk ship should be a no brainer for everyone.
Most miners are too greedy and won't do without mining upgrades and cargo expanders, their problem, they are making suiciding them easy and profitable.

Dude you might want to check his corp/ alliance ticker.
